PREM KUMAR, Born on 17th May, 1997 of Puducherry, India for Creating a Unique World Record of CREATING AWARENESS OF TRAFFIC RULES AND REGULATIONS AMONG COMMON PEOPLE WITH BICYCLE starting on 28.12.2018 from Puducherry Gandhi Statue and ending on 04.01.2019 at Puducherry via Cuddalore, Karaikkal, Nagapattinam, Tanjore, Tiruchirappalli, Ariyalur, Kumbakaonam and back to Puducherry covering a total distance of 1250 Kms. in 7 days and become the longest bicyclist for traffic awareness.
